Which brokerages does Greenline work with?
Any brokerage that can produce a statement, spreadsheet, or screenshot. If your brokerage generates a statement, Greenline can work with it.
Do I have to link my bank or brokerage account?
No. Greenline does not ask for your banking or brokerage credentials. You upload what you choose to upload, and that is all Greenline sees.
How long does setup take?
Most people see their first account in a few minutes. One PDF statement covers a whole account in one go, and you can add the rest whenever you like.
What account types can I track?
Registered and non-registered investment accounts, across as many brokerages as you have.
What happens if an import reads something wrong?
Every import goes to your review inbox before anything is saved. You see what was read, correct anything that looks off, and approve it. Nothing changes your portfolio without your say so.
Is my data shared or sold?
No. Your data is encrypted with AES-256, is never sold or shared with third parties, and original documents are deleted after processing. You can erase everything at any time.
