This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our services, including our website, mobile application, platform, and communications (collectively, the "Platform").

By using the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Information

We collect the following personal information:

  • Google Sign-In information:
If you choose to sign in with Google, we access your Google account name and email address. This is used to create and identify your Greenline account.

We do not access any other Google data (such as Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, or contacts).
  • Email and authentication details:
Email addresses are stored in our database in an encrypted format. If you create an account using a password instead of Google Sign-In, passwords are securely hashed.
  • Optional personal information, such as year of birth.

3. Use of AI and Automation

We may use automated systems, including machine learning and large language models (LLMs), to process anonymized or partial financial data for illustrative purposes (e.g., summaries or insights).

These systems don't access your Google account data beyond the email and name used to authenticate your account.

Each third-party provider is restricted to using the data only as needed to provide their service.

We may also disclose information to comply with legal obligations or enforce our Terms of Service.
